Our Providers

Jeffrey Donnelly is a Pediatric Physician Associate with more than 20 years of clinical experience in pediatrics and emergency medicine. He graduated from the Yale School of Medicine Physician Associate Program in 2005 and holds a Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Pediatrics, recognizing advanced knowledge and experience in pediatric medicine.

Jeff moved to St. Croix in 2015, where he joined the faculty of Barry University’s Physician Assistant Program and taught until 2017, when Hurricane Maria severely damaged the island campus. He continued practicing pediatrics at Frederiksted Health Care in 2016 and continued there through 2023. In June 2021, he opened Island Pediatrics to provide dedicated pediatric care to children and families throughout St. Croix.

Jeff is committed to evidence-based medicine and staying current with advances in pediatric care. He is also a Fellow in the Academy of Wilderness Medicine, with continuing education in dive, marine, expedition, and wilderness medicine.

Outside the office, Jeff is an avid sailor and diver and enjoys spending his free time on the water with his family.
