We Accept Most Insurance Carriers

Before your child’s visit, please confirm that our practice participates with your insurance plan. We currently participate with Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield/Triple-S, MAPFRE, TRICARE, and ELAN. We do not currently participate with MAP.

Because networks and coverage vary among plans offered by the same insurance company, please confirm with both our office and your insurer that we participate with your specific plan.

Please bring your current insurance card to each visit. Copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and other amounts due at the time of service should be paid during your appointment. If you anticipate difficulty making a payment, please contact our billing department before the appointment so we can discuss available payment arrangements.

Our billing team is happy to assist with general insurance and billing questions. However, your insurance company is the best source for details about your specific coverage. We make every effort to help families avoid unexpected charges, but we are required to bill according to the services provided and applicable billing requirements.
